Witches hat

Anyone ever seen this before? Need one that's not broken.

It "lines" the cable duct into the scorpion console and has a hypalon elephants trunk style sleeve fitted over it; very much like the rubber witches hats you can buy...Click image for larger version

Looks like something B&Q might sell in the plumbing department.

Possibly drains of some description, what diameter is it?

Yes it does look like 2" domestic waste but the flange doesn't seam to be stuck on its a manufactured item.

It's at my workshop so I'll meas tomorrow.

It probably is something plumbing but I don't yet know what.

I see Barnett Marine are selling trunk kits circa £80 with a long tube and a flange to fit through the transom. Very similar but overkill !!
