These forums are constantly used to give news of bad performance by the boating industry in general. We seldom take the time to praise where it is due.
I bought a rib from Paul at the Wolf Rock Boat Company late last year. The deal went like a dream and was, I believe a great buy for me. Paul arranged delivery and I was delighted.
A few weeks ago I had an engine problem and rang Paul, more for advice than anything else. He promptly arranged for a technician to come down to fix the problem at his expense!
I don’t think many dealers would have reacted so positively and promptly to a problem on a boat they sold almost six months ago!
So, if you want a change, look at what they have to offer!
