Woman hurt capsize

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/7628678.stm

Anyone know anything about this?

A woman has been seriously injured after the boat she was in overturned, hitting her on the head.
She was rescued from the waters by two passing vessels at Deganway Narrows, Conwy, along with another man who had been on the boat.
The couple, who were both wearing life jackets, are from the Stoke area.
An RNLI spokesman said it was thought she was hit by the metal seat and fuel tank of the 8ft rigid inflatable boat.
The Conwy crew retrieved the couple's boat, which was careering out of control.

Looks very much like a 'kill cord' failure to me!

According to the RNLI website, they were following in another boat's wake:

If it flipped over , it must have done a 360 as it was then seems to have been cruising around on its own from what you can take from the report. Does seem to be a lack of , or failiure of the kill cord.
