Wood Glue and Filler

Can the honourable community suggest the best waterproof wood glue for marine use and also a suitable wood filler?

West epoxy + colloidal silica if you want a filler. Not cheap, but.............

x2 for West epoxy. They also do a range of fillers/microbeads depending upon your requirements.

The part I am making will flex somewhat. Would epoxy be too brittle??
