Hi there guys i would like to know if this boat would be worth restoring on a slow 4-6 months time basis. There is allot of chip and scratch marks all over but no rotten wood in transom or deck. The gel-coat looks just really bad and oxidized. It would need to be painted.

I know its a cat but I can pick this up for only R2000 that is 3% of what a new one cost! I did my skippers on the same boat and it was awesome if not better than my current 5.2 mono. This is the only reasone that I would restore a cat! What type of paint can be used after all repairs have been done to the hull?
