x-pro defender 490/535

Hi, I'm looking to buy my first RIB for family use (2 adults, 4 children) and for fishing (2/3 adults). Most of the time I will be in and around the Camel Estuary, Padstow, sometimes (when conditions permit) out past the points for fishing.
I have been looking at the x-pro defender 490 or 535 but can't find any mention of it on this forum and just wondered if it is any good, probably with a suzuki 50hp.
If not, any alternatives for a budget of below £12,000?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Can't say I have ever heard of it but assuming it is 4.9 / 5.35, carrying 6 people safely on a boat that size might be ambitious?

That sort of budget would get you a nice Ribcraft 4.8 like this:

or this:-

but both have only got 2 proper seats. I'd guess to get 6 proper seats you are probably looking at a 6m boat (two single jockeys and two doubles) which means getting something older. I don't have kids but if I did I wouldn't have them on anything other than a proper jockey seat for regular use.

Just my 2p, never seen the X-Pro.
