If you've bought the Oxalic Acid, it probably has quantities for cleaning various things? e.g. bleaching wood, cleaning boats etc. Make it up at the concentration required and then add the wallpaper paste powder until it's clingy. It tends to break down over time, so be prepared to add more to thicken it again. If you google it, there are lots of ratios, but the concentration of your product will be the decider.
