I am new here and fairly new to boating. Did my PB2 last year.
I want to take the plunge and buy a boat now, I have seen a 98 yam 310r for sale at a good price. It looks well looked after despite its age!
It comes with a 15 hp mariner outboard - are these decent little ribs? I'll probably keep it for a couple of seasons as a starter boat.
I don't know that model small Yamaha RIB but have looked them up and looks like it will be a fun starter outfit with a Mariner 15. I assume the Mariner is a 2-stroke and at least as new as the boat?
Is it on a trailer or do you have some other way of carrying it in a van/truck etc.
It comes with a trailer the outboard is a 1990 model but does look in good condition from the pictures.
The whole package is 2000 tho so seems like a good price
