Yanmar Parts from the UK cheaper than the USA?

I have been able to find quite a few parts at up to 50% off US pricing in the UK, and I am hoping that someone might be able to help me with two additional parts I am getting killed on here. Please don't hesitate to email me! Thanks to all in advance.

I NEED one of each of the following for a Yanmar 6LP engine.

1x Vulcan TORFLEX Dampner 1KT3110011
1X Flywheel housing 119773-01500

Flywheel housing retail price over here is £991.34 plus VAT
The Damper is not a Yanmar part so you would have to find a vulcan dealer (someone like Marine Industrial Transmissions)

That's in line with US pricing without the dollar to sterling bite. Any chance someone has a new one they would let go for a reasonable number or a used one?
