Sorry Alex been slacking on updates ..and its dark and just miserable damp drizzle out there.

OK -mudgurards are 60cm ( as close to ) horizontally between mounts

Jockey wheel - there is none at all at the moment, just the two holes in the box section where one was once bolted ! Anything is appreciated. I can always go into Ambrow to get more 'bits' .

Wheels - currently are 10inch , with standard 100mm stud gaps ( diagonally across) .

Am going to try to press on with final wiring, and getting sticky bits of treadmaster adhesive off this week. I even cancelled a date to get it done !

If your at Calshot Sat I hope then I hope to do maiden voyage on Sunday , but you know how things get delayed etc ....

All on the basis I get seat back in time !

Doing some fiddling this evening....

Why do people lie about trailer bearings....from changed 20 miles ago it should be -shot to bits and really are on last legs ....

Maiden voyage delayed by a week...

Probably a good thing as I was rushing stuff and now means I can catch up with Alex , change hubs & bearings, get seat back , do the little stuff that would bug me ( like splicing some rope for bow & stern lines, work out anchor storage etc)

Not worth arseing about with bearings on one side when once they are both done and hubs its all taken care of.

Look like "standard" 4 inch PCD which usually has the following bearings

Bearing Numbers: Outer 44643 And Inner bearing with seal 44643L

slow progress

Darkness really slows stuff up...

Cleaned the last of the treadmaster adhesive off tonight, sprayed in the transom pad and I now have two very nice black bow& stern lines. Hopefully get seat back tomorrow which will make a huge differance.

Huge thanks to Matt H ( how much postage ! ) , Whisper and NOS for various things and bits and pieces.

Saturday jobs will be swap hubs & bearings, fix seat somehow , start engine to check electrics , fit rear seat stainless legs and general tidying and cleaning with fairy !

Really getting into this SR fiddling stuff...must look at dates for a searider gathering and see if the SR gang could be tempted out ?
