sump plate for rear

all ready for action now,,
seats to pick up and stainless back rests

i am going to go over the floor again not happy with my masking out well shody in places i am a fussy sod tho


next weekend strip and change what ever is req on the trailer, drop her into Henshaws for some loving,
project done

Thought I should add the last days graft onto the thread


Done sumat scary today, removed existing inline line patches and fitted new, all where rotten so had to go,
Was some what nervous to say the least

Heat with hot air gun remove old patches

Clean down with nylon rotary attachment

Lucky for me I have a. Vinyl plotter cut some masking to suit dia required,

First coat of glue after abrading and cleaning with isopropanol

Second coat of glue

Placement of new patch,, went well for first ever attempt

Finally tidied up my wiring and various odds and sods,

Sanded down my engine leg and saddle
Epoxy primer and zing chromate etch
My favourite as allwaŷs acrythane top coat,, nice and fresh looking
