We want a RIB to use as a tender to a classic yacht on which we run charters.
Mingary is based on the Hamble River and we have a 4 mt pontoon space allocated at Moodys, we can have a bigger boat but at a price!
We need to transport up to 12 crew and gear aboard. Clear deck space is more important than seating and we don't need very much instrumentation. Functional rather than pretty!
We would would normally leave the RIB on our mooring but occasionally will want to tow the RIB behind the yacht and use it for short coastal trips. We would also want to trail the RIB behind a Cherokee Jeep or similar.
Budget £4-6K, may spend more, happy to spend less.
Any suggestions please.
So far I have looked at a Ribtec 535 with a 60hp Mariner 2 stroke and trailer asking £6.3K.
