Avon Searider 5.4/6.0m Wanted

Hi,
I'm are looking for a Avon Searider 5.4/6.0m - ideally commercial/oil industry specification. An ex north sea standby FRC would be perfect.

Ideally it needs to have lifting points, heavy duty A frame with self righting gear and a 3 person console.

In regards to engines - preferably twin 2 strokes.

I am a realist and know that these boats are quite hard to get hold of - I would be interested in any options that may be available.

This has been on FAFB since last year. Doesn't have the console layout or heavy duty A-frame, but does have twin Tohatsu engine set-up. Avon searider - FAFB

Might be worth speaking to Graeme at Mackay Marine as they deal with a lot of that type of offshore boats. Mackay Marine - Expert Marine and Boat Technicians

Or these guys: North West Trading Co. | Rescue Boats
They sold a couple of Delta commercial spec RIBs last year, and seem to have quite a mix of stock coming and going.

Hi Alex. I'm currently rigging this - 5.4 in very good condition (will be cleaning it this week!). Heavy duty spec, lifting points, stuff straps, 3 man console, aframe etc. I have a mariner 75 2-stroke which I'm going to be bolting on. Will be a very tidy setup. Pm me if it's of interest. (Will sell hull without engine)

Hey I have an sr6 for sale at the min. Has twin mariner 75 2 strokes lifting points (and 4 way lifting strap) commercially specked. I bought it off a fella who worked it on the north sea. Comes with heavy duty road trailer . Unreal boat
