Would you consider new? I know of someone who has a 10m crompton mould and they are selling them for less than 40k with an out board engine. NEW

Been a bit spolit having had a Scorpion
Not wanting to stir things but i have tried a Revenger and while on a sea upto a meter or so there are very quick any thing rougher and they where very wet
and before any body says it must be the set up ?
i think tapered tubes and pointy front end dont help in the rough
Would i buy one
Yes but only if the price was right
I cant remember seeing a Compton, but 10 mt is to big for me to store at home and to tow

Stewart at lymington marine sales had a few inboards. There was a White and red one with berthon as well? What's the budget? Everyfhi g is fr sale at the right price! Even our cougar!

Failing that, they could knock you up a new one for next season?

Hi Zippy
I phoned Cougar two weeks ago and they gave me a quote
I have never been in a Cougar so a bit of an unknown
i have been told that they can be wet in the rough ?
eaither i want a new rib or depending on what it is something upto 2/3 years old
i have been offered loads of boats but some of the seller think there boats are worth more than there are in the real world
i have been offered new for not much more
iam in no rush to waste my hard earned money

Roy,

Your welcome to come out on ours when its back in the water, (should be mid december fingers crossed)

The ride is a little harder than the scorpion but the added length makes up for this. its a hull that needs to be driven hard and in the rough you need to get on top of it.

is it a wet ride? difficult to say as we havent really been out in "normal" conditions. we were out for start of CTC this year and yes, it was wet but then i think the people on the Squadron 55 got wet up on the fly bridge!

if you want any more info i will send you a pm with my mobile number.

cheers
Howard

I completely disagree

http://www.ospreyribs.com/condor/

The plans for the open cabin version look fantastic - just like the bladerunner (watched the film the other day actually), and IMVHO the black cabin cruiser (although a little underpowered for a 11m methinks) looks the absolute bees knees.

(not so sure about that one for sale that had the twin crappy V8 Yams on it though)

Hang on, you're not grasping the concept of rib brand loyalty.

You need to wax lyrically about everything your brand does or produces, regardless of the fact it might look a dog or handle like a barge.
