I am looking for a Zapcat or Thundercat, or whichever kind of motor catamaran.
The size I'm looking for is between 3 and 5 meters.

I'd recommend you stay with known brands, South African built hulls are the only hulls built to handle rough stuff.
Ceasar, Infanta, Aquarius, Thundercat, Gemini
It's maybe worth looking at getting a used (or new) hull directly from South Africa, the prices down there are much cheaper than everywhere else. Even after shipping it can work out cheaper. There's probably companies that import RIBs from there already, maybe worth getting in contact with them.
When I get a new (used) hull that's what I plan on doing.
