Outboard RIB wanted 7.5-7.99m
Hello!
I am looking for a new used RIB. Length has to be <8m but as big as possible. This has to be the rigid hull length without rear tube cones or brackets for an outboard.
(German Regulation is weird sometimes - rigid hull has to be <8m.)
Looking for as much free deckspace a I can get as it shall be used for diving.
Single outboard 200-300 would be prefered.
Age 0-10 years maybe older depending on boat.
Road trailer would be fine.
I like boats for northern Waters. Maybe Delta, Humber, XS, Ribcraft, Tornado...
Just write me a private message.
Thanks!
Tim

Hi I have this dive rib for sale, I'm willing to discuss the price. Slightly under your size, but you won't find a better dive rib on the market.

So sth under 8m would be fine.
Actually I am downgrading from a 9m diesel RIB
Thank!
Tim

The rigid hull has to be <8m. I guess it yould be a little to big.
Over here in Germany we slip into another coding authority when using a boat over 8m. That means a lot of additional hazzle, cost, ... I had that over the past 5 years with the 9m boat and definitely want to be under 8m now.
Anyone got a detailed data sheet with measures of the 8.50? Just asking.
Thanks!

Maybe the only take the measures of the GRP hull without tubes? That is what they seem to do in germany too. But do you have plans of the 850?

Rib for sale
Hi Tim,
I just joined thd forum and I noticed your post.
Our club dive rib is for sale. She is a 7m Coastline with just 210 hours from new. She was built to our spec in 2007 but due to lack of diving interest witin the club we have to sell her.
She is a great sea boat, powered by a Suzuki 175 4 stroke. The consol is as far forward as we could fit it. There is a lrge deck area with a stainless steel bottle rack. Large A frame with flare boxes and O2 storage tubes. A Hummingbird sides scanning radar, radio etc. A double axle braked trailer with two new axels with water wash. White hull, orange and black tubes. A lovely boat which we ars very sad sad to be forced to sell but as you can see from the hours, she is very under used. We have had 8 divers and cox onboard on previous trips. Please let me know if she would be of interest to you. She is advdrtised for £17, 250.
Richard

Hello all, hello richard,
thanks to all for the proposals and tips in the thread as well as per private messages.
In between I bought a XS 750 which - I believe - will do a good job.
Thanks!
Tim
