Project boat wanted

I am in the market for a project. preferably 5.5m +, up to 7m.

My preference would be something which is tired and untidy rather than structural work needed, with or without engine and/or electronics.

Intended use is primarily a safety boat for sailing events on the sea or larger inland water (Lake Garda this year for example), plus then some family coastal cruising/bay hopping.

At this point I am not looking to cross the channel, but making it to the IoW on a calm day would be a nice target as experience improves.

Does anyone have anything or have any advice on what to look for and where to look?

Hi All.

Thank you for all the DMs, I am now sorted and looking forward to going and picking one up on the 1st Feb.

I’ll post some pics and no doubt be asking for advice as I progress.
