Why don't you do some reading of articles in magazines and online about previous rb and ri races and see what sort of boats they used. You may find that if you look then you will get an idea of what is suitable, THEN ask other ribnetters opinions of a rib IF you are still unsure about it. Then perhaps some may help.

I have actually. The rya Honda youth rib championships. Probably not what you meant but you didn't specify I fail to see how this is going to be a good line of attack at me. The majority of members on this site probably have not raced themselves but still have knowledge of what's good and whats not just by paying an interest into the topic.
