I'm looking for a decent RIB and trailer approximately 5.5-6.0m ish (a 4.8m Ribcraft would be okay too). Ideally with seating other than a single console/jockey... a well maintained engine with history would also be important.
Budget wise is slightly complicated as I have a boat that I will either need to sell or part ex (ideally part ex). On top of this I can add about 5K - I reckon this will be an overall budget of about 8.5K with the trade in. The boat I have is pictured below. Maybe if you are a dealer or know of one with something that fits the bill. I was hoping to get something sorted by the time I go on holiday (3 weeks time lol)...
The boat is a Europower 16 with a 70hp Yamaha 2 stroke. The engine has been serviced 4 times in the 3 years that I've owned it (last serviced in May 09) and winterised accordingly I have the paperwork for this - - the engine is 1995 - I guess the boat is the same. It has a Humminbird fishfinder and a Midland Neptune DSC VHF radio... I had no feedback steering fitted last year. The trailer is ace... it's built completely from stainless steel. It's a pretty good boat with loads of room for its size and pretty quick too.
