Is there any rib projects out there? Ideally 5-6m

How much of a project are you looking for?

My dive club are looking to get rib of their boat.

She is just over 6m (6.2ish I think) Osprey.
The boat is serviceable but would be great for anyone looking to spend a bit and make a REALLY nice one.
The tubes hold air but have patches and have been painted so would really benefit from replacing.
Hull is good.
She has a single jockey console that is fine but would stand re upholstery, new gauges and sorting.
The engine is an Evinrude Ocean Pro 150 V6 2 stroke that currently won't start but she's away next week to find out what the problem is with that.

Once she's running she'll go on the market or, of course, she could go as a non runner if someone was going to re engine her anyway.
The whole package is late 1990s we think on a single axle trailer

I've been away for a short break and am just getting some photos together and agreeing with "t' committee" how much they want for her so will post more details this week, hopefully.

Gosport Sea Cadets had a couple of hulls that needed re-rubing. I don't have a point of contact but presumably can be tracked down on the WWW. One was a Avon 4m and one black 6m Avon commercial spec. No fittings, engines or trailers could be seen, so looks like just the hull.

Hull is very solid and good condition.
Engine is also late 90s and runs well but doesn't always go into reverse and has low revs. This is believed to be wear in the throttle control box which is £400-£500 to replace. Throttle cables are new.
Hydraulic steering is new at both ends
Single axle trailer with new uprated axle, new brakes and very good bearings.
Assorted electronics, GPS, fishfinder and new radio.
The Club was looking for £7.5k once the engine and controls had been sorted so price would need to be something realistic in that ball park.
I've created a dropbox folder of the pics as I can't attach them to the message.
I'll be away for a couple of weeks so will be off line but take a look and see what you think.

I've got a Camel Trophy boat I want to sell if that's any good, it's pretty tired but it'll be cheap.
