Rib wanted

Hello all,just joined!
I am looking to buy a rib,not really sure what to get though so thought i"d ask for some advice. I live in guernsey and want to use it for pleasure,i.e herm,sark and france.
I have around £20000 to spend,any ideas? Thanks in advance.

hi i am just about to put my rib up for sale. its a 2006 8m humber pro with a 200 honda four stroke, brand new roller coaster trailer, vhf, chart plotter, depth sounder and fish finder , hydrolic adjustable steering, in line fuel filter 140lts fuel tank, it has x4 jockey seats with under storage, console and seat cover, jabsco multi directional spot light mounted on a frame, nav lights, it also comes with x4 fenders anchor plus chain and rope, mooring ropes , foot pump, trailer board boarding ladder on transum, bildge pump, x2 batterys, battery isolator,cd player with 2 water proff speakers, basicly every thing you need for the boat, it has 6 chambers for the air, x4 oars which are secured to the inside of the tubes prop bag cover, the boat is in very very good condition, i haveall paper work for the boat too, and the engine has just been serviced and trailer for the winter, it has x2 keys and kill cords too, there is prop a few more things that ive missed out too, the only reason im selling it is its about time me and my g.f brought a house so the boat is my deposit ! and questions please message me , i can send photos if required. also i could throw in the wheel clamp and bulldog hitch lock too! it has a outboard lock aswell.

I just sent you a PM but thought I would try and get the thread back on track for you.

20k Should be ample for a boat in the 6.5 to 7.5m range, there are lots of great examples around.

There is also a really good community of C.I. RIB.netters!

PS I shall try not to be offended that not of your boating plans include Alderney.

How much is the one in the Victoria marina? (Black Humber)
which looks suitable.
There us also a blue osprey for sale which might be in your budget.
