Agree with PD - at that price range (even with a little wiggle room), then for RIB + trailer + 4 stroke you're looking more at a project boat (or a very small 3-4m boat/tender, which isn't really suitable for "cruising the South Coast") than a fully functioning 5-6m RIB in good working condition.
Do you want a "do-er upper" or something ready to go for the season? You might be lucky on eBay or Facebook with something someone needs to be shot of asap.
There's a little wiggle room, both in boat size and budget.
Realistically you need to either double your budget of halve your expectations. Maybe not what you want to hear, but that's the market.
