ribcraft 4.8 or other similar 4.5-5.5m rib

Hi,

I'm looking for a rib of between 4.5 and 5.5 meters. must be in good condition, have at least 50hp (preferably 4 stroke but not essential). ideally looking for a ribcraft 4.8 but will consider other makes.

maximum budget £5500

You'll probably have to stretch the budget a bit, to get a nice RC4.8/4-stroke, but you should find an older one with a 2-stroke 50/60 for that sort of money.

What about a Tornado 4.8 with Yammie 60hp 2-stroke? Boat has been on FAFB for a while, but is within budget, looks tidy and not a million miles away from you. I don't know seller.

thanks for the replies so far, had a think about it and have decided i really want something with a 4stroke engine and have decided to raise my budget up to £7000.... so what could that get me?

A clean 6-7 year old RC4.8 with a 60hp 4-stroke.

A touch more and you'd be in SR4.7 territory.

Just taken a PX Zodiac 4.8m with a Mariner 50 two stroke on an as new braked trailer. the whole package is in very good condition and has a checkable history - the local main dealer has serviced it from new. It will be sold at around £5200 if you are interested.

Hi can you tell me if its for tender purposes ort not, as we have a 4.8m Zodiac Yachtline DL with 75 etec on the back, we keep her in devon in dry storageand only use it in the summer - She is in great condition and is flushed out/washed down after every use, we never keep it on a mooring too - if your interested let me know and I can send you some pictures.
