Ribcraft 4.8 Wanted

I am looking for a Ribcraft 4.8 with 2 (or 3) seats and a good 4 stroke outboard.

Ribcraft only released the 3 seat option either last year or the year before, so suspect it will be a twin jockey set up.

This any use? Expensive for a 2007 hull and 50hp but the market is all to cock so to speak.

There's a 4.8 due up for sale from the Bude area shortly, set for diving so would need to change the rack for a 2nd seat, not mine but well known and I've asked him for pictures.

It is a 2006, low houred, well maintained, 4.8 meter rib craft with a Yamaha 60hp four stroke outboard, underfloor stainless steel full tank, A frame, bottle rack . icon DSC radio, lowrance chart plotter and echo sounder with chart card for our coast, made to measure boat cover and trailer, all in fantastic condition.

The asking price will be £12,000

We've got a 2005 4.8m Ribcraft with a 75hp 2 stroke Mariner which we are using far less now the children have grown up - 2 inline jockey seats behind the console and a flat double seat across the stern with locker underneath. Its been locked away inside for the last couple of years of lockdowns sadly, so I will have to wait for the next lot of storms to pass if you want photos - any interest?

Those 75hp Mariners are easily uprated to 90hp? Not needed but I'd simply have to do it.

Well over priced ?? ,maybe true but you have dealer facilities/commision ,the engine is 2014 regular serviced yamaha ,the rapide trailer looks good to go despite the cover their back statement from the dealer ,and the seating layout you want ! its been for sale for a while so reckon you could get a reduction ,does look pretty unmolested Athough i wouldnt be convinced the photos do it justice however personally i would much prefer with underdeck tank ,but hey ho JMO.

That’s a crazy price considering the age and condition, but what would you expect from them…..

Ribcraft 4.8 meter with 12 gallon stainless steel under floor fuel tank.

Over pressurisation valves, centre console with under seat and forward hatch storage, fitted with a Lawrence elite 7 echo sounder and chart plotter with chart card this unit is 3 years old.

Icom IC-M505 DSC radio. stainless steel 4 bolt rack, stainless steel A frame.

It has a anchor locker. and is fitted with a yamaha F60CETL four stroke engine with has always been serviced by rock marine.

Sits on a Dixon bate rapid trailer. and has a full fitted boat cover. this boat has always been over wintered in a dry boat house.

Purchased this boat new in 2006 and is in excellent condition.

Located on the outskirts of Bude and any see trials are welcome.

Asking price is £12,000
