Ribcraft 585 wanted...
Looking to buy an RC 585.
Ideally, the newer the better. Already been to see the 2012 boat currently at JBT in Portsmouth. Not interested in older builds, 2T engines or Antifouled hulls!
Trailer included would be nice, but not a deal breaker.
Will travel anywhere in UK for the right boat/engine combo.
Cash waiting!

It’s a 2012 hull build, with a 2010 Suzuki.
@GuyC how about trolling somewhere else, unless you have a suitable boat for sale?

To be honest with you I expected more BP style wit and humour as you had already stated that you had been to see the boat that HDAV had sent you a link to so it is good to see that you have adopted a different approach. You'll get a much better response if you play nicely.
I don't have a RC585 for sale but I'm sure there is a wealth of information on here about them.

Thats interesting observation !!,
"And the reason it was of no interest was ???"
Maybe knowing this may give people a chance to offer something more suitable ,
people on here only want to help fellow ribbers get their requirements,

It was of interest, but the owner did not want to move enough on his asking price.
1. Bilge pump not working.
2. The skeg and S/Steel prop have taken a little beating.
3. The gelcoat on keel and hull has a few fair gouges and chunks that need repairing.
Other things taken into consideration...
Battery will more than likely need replacing.
Electronics need updating. Only small plotter, no sounder.
The current owner runs Wolf Shock mitigation systems. The floor/shock absorbing mat. This was their demo boat. So I’m being cautious about its previous ‘life’!

That is the exact setup I’m looking for.
But yellow and Orange gelcoat/tubes don’t work for me!
Why did that site not come up on Google searches?
I may try and navigate the French site....
