Looking for a military style, aft console, inboard diesel coupled to a jet. 6.5 - 7meters. A foam collar would be a bonus!
The boat must be to survey standard as it will be put to work commercially in Australia. If you have such a vessel or any tips on where to find one either in Oz or overseas, I would be very appreciative.
If I can find a decent preloved one I would be happy. I want to put it straight to work so major rebuilds are out of the question. Failing that, it will have to be a new one I guess???

Dont discount restoring a hurricane.
They are about $500 000 new but can be picked up and restored for a fraction of that.
I have gone over the top with my restoration but it is a new boat now, nothing reused even down to the screws and it's still only cost about $70k. Brand new 260 Hp engine and a full lowrance package with 3G radar and sidescan sonar.
