Wanted: relatively recent 6-6.5m rib

Hi

I am located in Pembrokeshire and I am looking for a 6m to 6.5m rib, in good condition.. must be relatively new with 100-150 hp depending on size.. ideally a Humber op or similar..not for diving just family type of outings

I am not massively experienced so apologies for that I will ask stupid and obvious questions

regards

Patrick

Humber Ocean Pro 6.3m

Mercury 150 Opti with just 68 hours!
Naturally it runs without fault

Setup was new in 2008 (engine is05/06 but documented as fitted new in 2008)

This has had so little use it can only be described as nearly new even though its a 2008

Comes complete with a roller trailer and is ready to drop in the water for the season!

A separate engine warranty can be provided for an additional £350 for total peace of mindClick image for larger version

What's the transom rated at in HP? Afaik, the 150/175/200 g2 are all the same engine/weight, the price difference is minimal for the extra ponies. Also do you know about the extended warranty? You can extend the full manufacturers warranty to 10yrs for a small one off payment of about £200 or thereabouts

It's 200 max rated. The 10 year warranty is included till June. And the service is only 5 yearly now Self winterises..... plus the extra torque I like ... basically it's a 165

Think all should be ok. It's ordered now. And will be in the water Wednesday ....

I'm intrigued how does an engine self winterise? Does it climb into a barrel late at night for a dip in nice fresh water with a dash of antifreeze for good measure, then jump out for a towel off and a coat of wax before tucking itself up in a nice cozy garage

What does it do to winterise itself?
