this one they sell it ( it was the C10 cougar RIB of BEAR GRYLLS i try to buy it but no success

Why just Cougar?

Where will you use the rib, and how....

Why not custombuild a new one, when the price is not the biggest issue.

I own RIB like You need.
She was released in 2008 and looks like new. Tweens V8 YAMAHA, 350 horses each. Makes 51 knots on 7stB. is very brave on waves. Police and Coast guard orders this hull.
Boat is heavy and very stable. Gas systems are separate: double tanks 1500 litre
I registered her for 14 pers but designer made plans for 22. Seats may be disassembled easly and boat could work like service unit or taxi. Equipped in RAIMARINE plotter/radar plus see-radio on board. All looks like new.
