Thanks for the heads up! Interesting hull and good location, however it needs a full restoration.
Ideally looking for something a bit cleaner. Engineless is perfect though

Admin - got a private message from a user called andrianjames112 to say he had a sparrowhawk for sale....

I asked andrianjames112@gmail.com could he tell me about the boat...

He replied:

"Colour: orange
Year: 1991
1 trailer
It is in great condition. I have owned it for about 2 years now
New bearing and winch strap. It hasn’t been in water since the bearing were fitted."

I'm still waiting to hear what outboard is on it.

You would think this guy would do his homework before trying to attempt a "quick sale", cash transfer.

Hey ho - its a pity it only comes with 1 trailer and not 2 :-)

Had a look at this boat this evening. Exceptionally clean and original. I've never seen an xr18 as tidy as this one in the flesh or online.

Was out on that boat at the weekend, I agree an exceptionally clean boat be hard pushed to find a better osprey for the money, a lot of fun on the water, a peach of an engine.
