That list isn't current on his website. Last I heard, there were 2 x Zodiac 650 Pro's w/ twin 60hp Mercs, multiple 7.3m Willard/Zodiac/Northport's...all configurations (build to suit), and an 11m.
The 7.3m's he'll do anything you want with from propulsion: bracket w/ twin OB's, Cummin's stock 5.9L 180hp, Cummins bumped to 210hp, he's even doing a Yanmar 315hp mated to a Bravo X.
