Hi, I saw your post about engine for 4.8 lenscraft.. I have a Tornado 4.5 which would be similar in size and weight. When I purchased it , it had a 1994 Yamaha 60 hp 2 stroke on the back.. Gret engine and on a flat calm day I could get 38 knots out of it with 2 onboard..Last year fitted Yamaha 60 hp 4 stroke and to be honest would have preferred a 2 stroke.. Max speed with 4 stroke 32 knots. now 4 stroke is easier on fuel and starts easier but I still think 2 stroke suited boat better.. reason I changed engine was my yam 2 stroke was 16 years old and the 4 stroke came up at a price I could not refuse.. I think a 60 2 stroke will give you plenty of power
