hello all...im new here and i heard you like photos of boats in houses so heres some photos of my zed 31 i picked up on ebay during the restoration/repair
i would like to remove the plate but its so corroded around rivet holes i dont think it would survive...how many holes did someone put in this.....
transom removed and transom furniture including home made add ons removed ready for sanding
ok i winged it a bit here..i removed the drain valve and applied heat with the heat gun again..and the drain just came out...again this could be due...
wow un rotten wood the original glue seemed to adhere properly no water damage

i think i needed a bit more heat on here ...being over cautious..not much damage think i got away with this one
transom removal...using the heat gun on its lowest setting the old glue came away well..... this could be due to glue age at no point was the pvc too...
as i said stored wet so after drying out i will sand and re varnish these bits...........now to get that transom off .....wish me luck
apart from the filth no damage..and cleaned a test bit and it came up pretty good.

this shows the damage done by the bodge done on the transom..but as i have to remove it i will repair it.not only did someone put two bolts through...
the transom has come away from the tubes and boots so me and nos4r2 will have to re attach after a bit of t.l.c
