Hi , even I have not seen one of these for a while. You lace the centres together . Then I think you lace the bottom holes to the cuff around the edge of the bow-dodger. The ends then get tied to the side cuffs. It is a bit heath robinson, hence why they only made them like this for a short time Good Luck Julie Newens
