Have you checked the inner races are a neat sliding fit on the stub shafts it certainly sounds as if someting is amiss

Re fitted using different thickness washers (provided by the guy at Indespension - suggested I try that first) Adjusted and got the perfect balance in both wheels - hardly any play and wheels spinning freely. Perfect I thought until I gave it a 10 min run. Hubs warm and loads of grease splatter on inside of both wheels!!! Now dropping it off at Indespension tomorrow morning. Hopefully the issue is hub/bearing related rather than the shaft. Fingers crossed they can get a set put on and have it sorted by end of business Friday - or no boat for the annual weeks holiday in Cornwall as leaving first thing Sat morning!!

I was there a couple of weeks back, how was the chop while you was there, we only managed to get out a few times while we was there :facepalm:

Overall not too bad - first few days sea was a bit too lively to launch but good for kids to do a bit of body boarding. Rest of week was perfect. So got in 3 days on the boat. Overall great week - thoroughly recommend Pentewan
