Engine for arctic 22

What size shaft length would be required?
Does it need to be xl?

No, Artic 22's are long shaft. What are you putting on it out of interest?
Im just putting a pair of 115 Opti's on one at work. It did have twin 140 Suzukis on and it was doing 39knts.

Wanted to put on single engine about 175-200hp?
Just noticed bobcock disposals have 2 and 2 28ft ones for sale also.

If your putting a single engine on you will need an XL shaft (its a 28 transom in the middle from memory)

Edit: just out of interest how much are the ones your looking at?
