Basic Information Very tough, very rare. Includes Mercury 60HP Fuel Injected four stroke.
Custom made Special Fisheries raised heavy duty console in aluminium alloy (Marine Fabrications).
Dual main seats with heavy duty stainless steel frames.
Fitted with additional twin removable 'buddy seats' (non-original spec) that simply bolt to side of console (see third pic down) - easy to fit or remove in seconds without altering original spec - ideal for small children.
Twin Barrus fuel tanks with tie downs and changeover system.
Icom M503 VHF radio with (new 2010) Pacific Rim antenna.
Fully illuminated dashboard includes heavy duty Plastimo Offshore 105 compass with cover, tacho, trim guages etc.
New (2010) Garmin F90 fishfinder (GPS shown in pics NOT included).
Custom manufactured removable and fold down heavy duty aluminium alloy A Frame with Aqua Signal navigation lights.
Main console is waterproofed with two access hatches; contains new (2010) battery, waterproofed electrics with master switch and full set of circuit breakers for all electrics.
Console exterior has remote charging socket and Aldis light socket.
Full Admiral Hydraulic steering system with new (2010) hydraulic pipes.
2005 manufacture date Mercury EFI 60 HP engine. Very economical, quiet and clean running. Last serviced 2010 with all new control cables fitted.
Fitted with twin elephant trunks, five heavy duty rubbing strakes, three Davit lifting points, double skin bow area, front towing points, full lifelines, original alloy paddles with retainers, foot straps, storage pockets x four, forward towing bridle patches.
Hull is the famous Avon Searider heavy duty design with deep V (deadrise 24 deg) and superb rough sea ability. As used worldwide by Military and Commercial operators including the Royal Navy, law enforcement/government agencies, offshore organisations etc. The design allows the craft to operate in the most difficult conditions.
The 4.7M length ensures easy deck stowage on board small patrol and fishing protection vessels. Craft is easy to launch from shore as a high speed rescue craft. Hull is fitted with water ballast system (this is currently blanked off with removable kit).
Important! Overall length of 15' 5" means this is the largest and most capable RIB that can still be fitted into a standard garage so easy to store securely and safely. Compared to the common 4.0m Searider, the 4.7m is much more capable with significantly greater capacity. Beam is 6'6". Please measure your garage before considering a purchase! MINIMUM GARAGE LENGTH TO STORE COMPLETE BOAT ON TRAILER IS 5.10 METRES.
Sale includes brand new (2010) Bramber multi roller Trailer in mint condition.
Everything is in truly excellent condition, hull, tubes, transom etc extremely well kept and un-damaged.
Fresh water washed and flushed after every use.
To sum up; 4.7m Seariders' are very rare compared to the 4m and 5.4m but this is the extremely scarce and very high spec military version of the 4.7m in superb totally original condition
